May 19True capital cup format for women, Modified for men. 9:45 am OPEN Stretch COACHES MEETING 10:45 Flight A will warm up first event. 11:00 Grand March in.( each rotation will get a one touch) 11:15 Start competition Flight A , Flight B warm-up first . Event, Flight C will be at a Bye. At the end of competition , we will announce the finalist on each event. Top 10 will advance to finals, we will take all ties and everyone who advances to finals will receive an award. Friday May 2010:00 – 11:30 warm-up for finals (all events)You will get a one touch before competition 11:30 Grand March in, ( All Competitors from Thursday) 11:45: Start competition. Dance : TBA
